We are looking for an experienced pizza baker to join our hardworking tema this summer.
About us: Örum 119 consists of a small hotel, garden shop, pizzeria, bakery and gelato bar - all situated in the beautiful countryside of southern Sweden. With quality and authenticity at the core of our business, we take a lot of pride in the products we offer our guests and customers.
Our pizza is based on sourdough, topped with buffalo mozzarella, in-season vegetables and locally produced charcuterie. They are baked in a wood fired oven.
About you: You’re an experienced pizza baker who enjoys the art of making great pizza. You’re responsible, organized and work well under pressure. You’re a team player who contributes to a friendly atmosphere among both co-workers and guests. Past experience working in a kitchen and comfortable working in an open kitchen. Good spoken English.
Duration: June 15th to August 15th, with possibility of extension.
Employment: 40+ hours a week (weekdays, weekends and evenings).
Salary: As agreed upon based on experience.

Vi vill att du kan arbeta hela perioden.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER:
Du ansvarar för beredning av mackor och sallader.
Du ansvarar för prepp och mice en place.
Du ansvarar för städ och renhållning av din arbetsstation.
Du arbetar i ett öppet kök som ställer krav på ett organiserat och metodiskt arbetsflöde.
Du ansvarar för att maten som serveras uppfyller förväntad kvalitet.

Du är glad och positiv.
Du har god förståelse för matlagning och livsmedelshantering.
Du är ordningsam, ansvarfull och kvalitetsorienterad.

As the high season approaches, we are in need of more colleagues. People who are passionate about service and hospitality. During the high season, this part of Sweden (Österlen) turns into a sunny, sea-breezed hub for food, art and culture. We are fully booked and expectations are high. We greet people with generous opening hours, and respect for both guests and the quality of craftsmanship in what we serve.
PERIOD OF TIME:
Seasonal employment May - September. Minimum period June 22 - August 18.
WORK TASKS:
You are an experienced pizza chef.
You can open, top, and bake pizzas in a wood-fired oven.
You are responsible for prep and mice en place.
You are responsible for keeping your workstation clean and tidy.
You work in an open kitchen that requires an organized and methodical workflow.
You are responsible for ensuring that the pizzas meet the expected quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You are cheerful and optimistic.
You are organized, responsible and quality-oriented.
You are stress-resistant and used to working at a fast pace.
You work in a structured and efficient way.
You enjoy working in a team.
